Bradyn Lipps joins Gathright Golf with nine years of experience as a golf professional, including more than six years at historic Oak Hills Country Club in San Antonio. During his time at Oak Hills, Bradyn taught full-time, led junior and ladies’ programs, and earned recognition for both his instruction and exceptional customer service.
Bradyn was originally taught by Bryan Gathright as a junior and high school golfer. Since then, he has spent the past 18 months learning and applying the Gathright Golf coaching principles and philosophy.
Junior Golf, Player Development & Club Fitting
At Oak Hills, Bradyn played an instrumental role in the junior golf program, including the Operation 36 Junior Program. He also led ladies’ golf clinics and programs, helping players of all experience levels build confidence and enjoy the game more.
Bradyn is equally passionate about club fitting and equipment optimization. His knowledge helps ensure players have equipment that supports their swing, movement, and performance goals—not equipment that works against them.
Bradyn graduated at the top of his class with a degree in Professional Golf Management.
A Clear, Fundamentals-First Approach
Bradyn’s teaching philosophy is rooted in the fundamentals of the game and GOATA’s global laws of movement. His goal is to help golfers improve performance while moving more efficiently and playing with less pain.
He gives students a clear, concise understanding of their swing through simple, practical fundamentals. Using slow-motion video analysis, Bradyn helps golfers identify where their movement and swing mechanics may be breaking down—and shows them how the body and golf swing work together.
Bradyn is a GOATA Fitness Certified Coach and has spent the past two years working with Hunter Gathright on GOATA movement principles and their relationship to golf performance.
His energy for helping players improve is contagious, and his combination of teaching experience, movement knowledge, and genuine care for students makes him an exciting addition to the Gathright Golf team.
